Services

 A guardianship is set up when and individual can no longer make decisions for themselves.  If there is no family member able or willing to take on the task, and the individual has assets, a professional guardian is needed. The Guardian is supervised by the local court where the ward resides. 

 Case management is for the individual that can still make decisions themselves, but needs assistance.  It is similar to having a personal assistant. One of the very important jobs is to act as the health care surrogate to make the decisions the client would wish made when maybe they are no longer to express an opinion. 

When a Trust is too small to handle the fees of a corporate trustee, I can step into that position. In addition, I can act as personal representative on estates.
